Manufacturing Facilities

Olympian Precast's state-of-the-art manufacturing is carried out in a fully enclosed, climate controlled building.

Our facilities include: 

• Form shop: Fully equipped mold forming shop
• Three sandblasting areas to handle multiple types of finishies
• Fully contained acid etch finishing area
• Miscellaneous iron fabrication facility steel hardware fabrication shop. Rebar bending and assembly area 
• Conventional and pre-stressed reinforcing capabilities
• Batch plants that can handle up to ten types or colors of aggregates
• On-site concrete testing laboratory, approved by the Architectural Precast Association (APA) and the City of Seattle (DCLU) NPCA,WSDOT
